DISCOUNT RATES
We’re glad to inform you that starting April, 26th 2017 for package „Discount call rates in Europe“ starting from the 2nd minute of outgoing call the price will be 0.13 EUR per minute.
Low rates are available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Here is how it works:
First minute of an outgoing call is billed according to your current rate plan. Starting from the 2nd minute of the call the price is 0.13 EUR per minute. This special rate is valid for all those countries mentioned above for 360 calendar days after the moment of activation. The cost of the activation is 0.99 EUR.
Please draw your attention to the following:
1. Calls to Support numbers are charged in accordance with the regular price of outgoing calls in the host country with 3 first minutes free of charge.
2. Calls to "Personal Assistant" are charged in accordance with the regular price of outgoing calls in the host country.
3. Extra charges may apply according to extra rates list.
4. Lower rate from BgloSim to Bglosim, BgloSim to Voicemail is not included into package.
User can activate feature in the following way:
To activate discount call rate, a user should dial:*146*931*1#
If the feature is successfully activated, the user will see the following message: "Discount Voice price activated".
To check how many days are left, the user should dial*146*932*1#
Screen will show the following message: "Discount Voice active for %day(s) more" where "%" = number of days before the end of activation.

NB! If the feature is deactivated, the cost of activation will not be returned to the user!
